Trouble receiving/sending e-mails

Hello everyone,
We run Outlook 2003 on exchange server, and one user about every couple
weeks reports that she isn't receiving and can't send any e-mail. I've fixed
this 3 times for her now by just disabling then again enabling cached
exchange mode. This will fix it for a few weeks or so, but then the problems
occurs again. She is the only user on the network having problems with this,
very bizarre. Any ideas to prevent this from occuring again would be greatly
appreciated.

I have found, particularly on older computers, that sometimes they don't
'connect' to exchange and they stay offline. I usually just tell the user to
check their status in the lower right hand corner and if it's offine, click
on it and click on work online.
