Trouble running application.

I am not able to run a game I just downloaded. Here is the error message
that I'm getting. If someone could please help me out I would really
appreciate it. Thank you.
C:\Documents and Settings\UCS\Desktop\gamingclub.exe is not a valid Win32
application.
