Trouble saving website as html

When trying to save my website as a webpage (my host requires html file
extension), I get message that my computer does not support the language.
What does this mean/how can I fix this? Thank you!

Which version of Publisher are you using? If memory serves, I think you can
get this error if you are using symbols in your publication. Also you might
try changing the Encoding under the Options page from Unicode (UTF-8) to
Western European (Windows)...or the other way around (Pub 2003).
