Trouble seeing others free and busy

I have Office XP w outlook 2k. I created a public folder with a public
calendar. In the calendar I created a Group Schedule called Employees. When
I open it I can see everyones calendar schedule (probably because I am in
the Administrators group (SBS2000). But my users can't see others schedule.
They can see the blue box saying they are busy but can't read the actual
schedule. How do I correct this? Which group on the server do they need to
be a member of?

Dan,

You should be able to easily resolve this by granting "reviewer"
permissions to "default" on the calendar properties. This will allow
all users the ability to read the descriptions on the calendar. They
will not have the ability to add or modify them. You can still retain
your elevated user permissions for your account.
