trouble shoot subreports

time and again

Hi All

My question in a nutshell I have a rental database which works like a charm
however on my reports data which is accessed from tables via a union query
prints the embedded subreport three times on my parent report This I have
tried torectify without success - I think it is safe to say i am missing
something somewhere - Please help

What are the values for 'Link Master Field' and 'Link Child Field' for the
subform control?

This normally happens when:
1) the main report contains a level of detail that should be left to the
subreport
or
2) the subreport should be located in a group header or footer
