Trouble-Shooting "Scroll Text"

I've clicked the "Scroll-text" icon on the "Web Tools" toolbar, but an error
message comes up saying, "This object was created in marquee...". Please
help me on fixing whatever is wrong with the "Scroll-text". Your help would
be very appreciated.
