Trouble Shooting

I have Microsoft Office 2003 it was installed on my computer and was working
fine. I had some recent virus problems and I had to restore my computer.
After I restored the computer the Microsoft Office 2003 wasn't working. I
tried reinstalling but everytime I tried opening Office it came up with the
application error that states "The application failed to initialize properly
(0xc0150002). Click on OK to terminate application." The same problem occured
with all of the other Office Programs; Powerpoint, Excel, Acces, Outlook, etc.

Go to the Control Panel, Add/Remove Programs, select Microsoft Off and
choose Change, then REPAIR.

I've tried the repair option in the control panel and it's still giving me
the same error. Thanks for your help but is there another method?

I can only guess that the virus has done some irreparable damage to Windows
that is stopping any Office applications from running. I'd recommend
reformatting your drive and do a completely fresh installation.

Obviously, you should make sure that you keep an up-to-date Anti Virus
Utility running and I would also recommend a good Firewall such as Zone
Alarm too. Update your AV every day.
