Trouble synchronizing mobile PC calendar with desktop calendar

I am not getting Active Sync to update my office PC calendar in Outlook after
I have made an appointment on my Verizon phone/ mobile PC XV6800. Changes to
the calendar on the PC do show up on the phone.

are they not syncing at all or not showing on the Day/Week/Month view?
There is a known issue with the Day/Week/Month view and activesync.
