trouble transferring data from OE 6 to outlook 2003

i am having trouble transferring my folders from outlook express ver 6 on
win98 desktop cptr 1 to outlook 2003 on XP laptop. i have tried the import
utility, but does not seem to work . computers are now networked.

Try exporting from OE instead, I've always found it to work better to than
Outlook's Import. You must also have both OE and Outlook on the SAME
Computer for this transfer to work from either client. It would probably
be simplest to move your OE data to the new machine and then do the export
from OE or Import from Outlook.
