I am unable to uninstall malfunctioning Business Contact Manager from Outlook
2003. The BCM program is not listed in Contol Panel >Add or Remove Programs.
How do I do it? It constantly messes up my Outlook when it starts.

Is it listed in the Office setup in Add/Remove Programs when you click
Change?

Hi Brian Tillman,

Forgive my being so tardy in coming back to you. I stupidly forgot to ask
for notification of replies and I am so busy that I neglected to keep
checking back for replies until now.
Thank you for your reply. Unfortunately your reply did not solve my problem.
Perhaps you did not notice that in my request for assistance I wrote, "The
BCM program is not listed in Contol Panel >Add or Remove Programs." That is
my dilemma; I can't find where to get rid of the BCM program. It positively
ss installed because I keep getting an error message saying something about
the data file for BCM is corrupt or something like that.

And I said that it may not be listed under Add/Remove programs but that you
might have to use Office's setup program (in Add/Remove Programs) to
uninstall it. I have not used BCM (though I have a version of Outlook that
includes it, I did not install it), so don't know exactly where to find it.
Asking in microsoft.public.outlook.bcm may get you a better answer.

Yes, so you did Brian Tillman. I guess I had better brush up on my English
or quit hurrying so much when I read.
Thanks. I will follow your advice.
