Thank you for your reply. Unfortunately your reply did not solve my
problem. Perhaps you did not notice that in my request for assistance
I wrote, "The BCM program is not listed in Contol Panel >Add or
Remove Programs." That is my dilemma; I can't find where to get rid
of the BCM program. It positively ss installed because I keep getting
an error message saying something about the data file for BCM is
corrupt or something like that.
And I said that it may not be listed under Add/Remove programs but that you
might have to use Office's setup program (in Add/Remove Programs) to
uninstall it. I have not used BCM (though I have a version of Outlook that
includes it, I did not install it), so don't know exactly where to find it.
Asking in microsoft.public.outlook.bcm may get you a better answer.
