Trouble with Error Message in Access

I am totally unfamiliar with this program, but have to use it in a computer
overview class for my final project. I am having trouble receiving an error
message when I try to enter data into a table I created.

I thought I had followed the teacher's instructions, but obvilously, I have
a setting wrong.

Here is the error message:
*You must enter a value in the "T4 Occupational Outlook for Major.Major Name
Acronym Field" and the accompanying code is: 503314

I would appreciate any help, because it is impossible to look anything up in
the so-called "Help and Support" provided by the program

The implication of the error message is that someone was NOT entered into
that particular field. Can you identify which field that one is?
