I would very much appreciate some help creating signatures with pictures and
html content in Outlook 2003. I am trying to create a signature which in
addition to text also contains a .gif image (Get Adobe Acrobat Reader) with a
hyperlink to the Adobe website. This is because I send many e-mails with PDF
attachments.
I'm having the following problems. I start composing the signature in the
usual fashion: Options, Mail Format, Signatures and select New. I then
select Advanced Edit which lauches Word 2003, and then create my signature.
When I save the signature I get the following Microsoft Outlook Error
message: The signature "C:\Documents and Settings\Nick\Application
Data\Microsoft\Signatures\Adobe Link.htm" could not be located. This
signature may have been removed. When I close word the signature seems to
have been saved but when I attach it to messages it contains a red X where
the .gif image should be, and the hyperlink is not displayed. I am composing
the message in html format. Would greatly appreciate some help as I just
don't seem to be able to get around this problem and it's getting very
frustrating!
Many thanks Nick
