trouble with msn explorer--graphics do not appear. spyware delet.

after using new spyware programs, trial version, msn explorer does not
display all graphics and freezes. i have tried to download new msn explorer
from window cd, but no success. the download process ask for the file,
"msnmis.ico" and i cannot find it. any suggestions.
