Trouble with Office 2007 Custom Install

I want to install most of the Office 2007 programs but NOT Outlook! Earlier
versions of MS Office used to let me custom install and only install the
programs I want..but even though there is a custom install with Office 2007,
I cannot see a way of installing only selected programs. Am I wrong? I
hope so...can somebody tell me how to go this.
