Trouble with open word document

Hi

From couple of days users in my network have trouble with open document from
file server and saved document localy. We have office 2003 and all patch.
When I'm trying open document it hangs word for 1-3 minutes. When I copy and
paste to new doc everything is ok. We have a lot of doc's so we can't copy
and paste all doc's. I turn off all antivir soft.
