Trouble with setting outlook signatures for different accounts

K

Keelie

We use 2003 here and have a user that has at least 5 different profiles set
up--we'll call them Mail1, Mail2 and Mail3. She used to be able to log into
each of these accounts and have a signature attached to each one, so she'd
just hit reply and the correct signature would pop up.

Since we upgraded her to Outlook 2003, she is able to do that still with
Mail1 and Mail3, but Mail2s signature has disappeared. Worse, when she goes
in to create a new one logged in as Mail2, it somehow changes Mail1s set
signature.

Hopefully that wasn't as confusing as it sounds, but how do we get different
profiles to set different signatures?

Profiles don't have signatures. Accounts in Outlook 2003 have signatures. If the signature setting in an account isn't "sticking," I don't know what might be causing that. Deleting and creating the account might fix it.
