Everytime I open up my Entourage, it synchs up each and every e-mail
and e-mail folder, regardless of the age of the contents of the folder
(some folder's content/e-mails date back to 2004 with NO activity on
it). When I scanned the Entourage Help, it described setting up the
schedule to take action on only selected folders. Makes sense. The
problem is, though, that I can't open the pull down menu.
1. On the Tools menu, click Schedules.
2. Click the schedule, and then click Edit.
3. Under Action, click Click here for account options.
4. Do one of the following:
· To include a folder in the synchronization schedule, select the
check box next to the folder, and then click an option on the pop-up
menu, if available.
· To exclude a folder from the synchronization schedule, clear the
check box next to the folder
5. Click OK.
Doesn't work.
I'm running a 2003 Windows box, Outlook. Any ideas? Help!
