Trouble with Word settings and tse/citrix

I am french so i try to translate my problem in english,
some value can have a bad translation so excuse me for it.
I have somme troubles with Word 2000 Settings and
tse/citrix sessions.
When I well configured my word clients with parameters in
Menu Tools/Options/Default Directory, in some case and I
don't why, the configuration is not saved : when i try
another times to go In Word, I've already have to register
my client name and initials and also the configuration
describe just before.
Have you the same problem ?
Is there a solution, to always have good settings.
