troubleshoot concatenate

I am trying to use the concatenate function. The columns are in text format.
When I try to copy the formula, it does not refresh in the cells, it copys
the text from the first cell. The formula is correct in the other cells, but
the text is the same text from the original cell. When I go to each cell and
hit "enter" after each formula, it then refreshes.

If you simply need to recalculate all cells, press the F9 function key. This
will recalculate the entire current workbook.
