troubleshoot Office Project Server 2007

Hi,

New guy here. I just installed PS on a Windows 2003 server with an eye
to testing it out and seeing how it works.
I went through all the steps, but when I connect to the site via IE7
all I get is "Service Unavailable". I have rebooted, stopped and
started every service that looked applicable with no luck.

Any ideas?

Did the site provision ok ?

Can you browse to the site from the server ?

Check errors in the application event log or the ULS logs (for ULS log
location, central admin, operations, diagnostic logging)
