TroubleShoot Word Images, Header?

having a pile of trouble here, can't modify this image to save my
life.

I'm using MS Word 2000, on a W98 machine (?? OK so far ?? )

Its a 4 or 5 page doc, with the top of every page being a Logo and
Company info on LHS/RHS respectively. Then each page has a table
with a form with fill-in fields and it looks like the form is based on
2 newspaper Columns. If I go into "Normal" view (as opposed to "Print
View") the Logo image disappears. In either view, I cannot select the
image or the Company info. It reminds me of a letterhead.

I need to modify the image ( specifically, replace it with another,
its same size ) and change the company info. Why can't I select
image or text at the top of the page ? What is going on here ? Is
it a header ? how is it protected ? are these placed in the Columns
in some way ?

Suggestions most welcome, TIA -R

After some research and determining that columns are not supported in
a header, it seems that this header uses a table.
How it became unEditable is still a ?

Complex formatting ?? How to replicate ( or copy and paste )
I've posted the document on the web at:
http://www.aecpronet.com/leadertech_newaccount.doc

? The header is read-only ?
? A separate table for ever line in the application form ?

I had designed a logo that would replace thiers and sized it to the
exact size ( 305 x 111 ) i think.

The header, which holds a table, I think I've got figured out. It
looks like a header with a 1 row, 2 column table. Margins and tabs
might be tricky.

Transferring (?copy and paste? ) the form / table lines with all the
formatting information, is my next challenge. Each line seems to
have a separate table, with a unique margin and tab setting.
Does each line have a section break in between it ?

Review, if you have time and let me know if you have any insights.
