Troubleshooting Active X and print add-in

I have recently had the print add-in added to our exchange network by the IT
dept. I am now trying to add a print control as the form I have created has
the message field and with this add-in it does not print. I am trying to add
code to make the print control work, but when in the design mode I select
form/view code I get an error message that says 'unable to loan this feature.
The operation completed successfully.' What seems to be the problem? Should I
add the code by selecting alt + F11?

Some more information. I am adding the print control to the custom pages
within the form.
