Troubleshooting AutoArchive failure

I have a new machine with the archive folders from my old machine. I'm
running XP Home.

I used import/export to move the file from the CD backup to Outlook 2002. I
can access them and the information in them.

AutoArchive worked on my old machine. Settings in OPTIONS - OTHER -
AutoArchive point to the right file.

When I attempt to run AutoArchive, the only message I get is OPERATION
FAILED.

What to do, oh, what to do?
