Troubleshooting Forms

I created a "Contact Us" form using the wizard and I need the results in the
form to be sent to an e-mail address. I have the following settings applied:
_private/formrslt.txt and then I inserted the e-mail address where I want
the results to be sent. After I close the dialog box, I get the following
error, "This form cannot be configured to send results via e-mail. The Web
site may be located at a disk-based location, or on a server that has not
been configured to send e-mail. Contact your system administrator or
Internet service provider for more information." The e-mail address is set
up through yahoo. I'm not sure what I need to do to get this form set up to
send to an e-mail address. Help!

If you are getting this message on your local machine, then disregard the warning. The form will
work correctly as long as you publish your site to a web server that has the FP extensions installed
and configured by the web host to process email from FP forms.

You must publish using the following format from within FP via File Menu | Publish Site and entering
http://www,yourdomainname.com

Thank you. That helps. I am encountering another problem with both forms.
The first form basically registers people for a seminar, the second form is a
contact us form and I want to send that information to an e-mail address. I
contacted my ISP (yahoo) and they indicated that I had to change my
"alternate" e-mail address and then the results would be sent to the e-mail
address that I input.

I published my site and when I test the forms, I get the following message:

FrontPage Error.
User: please report details to this site's webmaster.
Webmaster: please see the server's system log for more details.

I am not sure how I would see the server's system log to find out what is
going on. I didn't change any of the settings as I indicated in my first
e-mail.
