Once again, I'm facing the issue where Copilot is greyed out in Excel. Last week, a Microsoft representative connected with me and performed various tasks on my account and machine to resolve this. While it worked for several days, the problem has reappeared. I've bought the Copilot Pro version for personal Office use. Although Copilot appears in Word, I don't see its icon in Outlook, even though I'm using the new version. It does show up in OneNote, although I haven't used it there. Any assistance in getting Copilot to work again in Excel would be greatly appreciated. Where should I start troubleshooting this issue? It would be helpful if there were a tool similar to HP's Print and Scan Doctor to correct any registry or core problems
