Troubleshooting installation

I recently installed Office Professional 2003 with Small Business Accounting
and Contact Manager. All programs appear to work correctly except Outlook.
Everytime I attempt to open another program the windows installer keeps
popping and then the system freezes until I have to shutdown and start over.
I cannot read my e-mail in outlook or on line through the explorer browser.
Has anyone had this problem and how do I correct it? I have attempted
uninstalling just the Outlook components and uninstalling and reinstalling
the entire Office Suite. Neither have solved the problem?
