Troubleshooting Outlook? Outbox??

I just installed W2K3 SBS and one of the client has a message stuck in the
outbox that wasn't transmitted. It doesn't look like there are any errors.
Where do I look? I looked at the ADCU properties for this user and they
don't look any different from the ones that work. The message that is stuck
is <1K. What can I look for to solve this problem.

The messages in the outbox are small and don't have attachments, and I want
them to go to the Exchange Server and on to the destination.

Any ideas about how to troubleshoot mail that just sits in the outbox???
