Troubleshooting printing problems in Office

When I go to print in Office Works, I get an error that says. "The document
and printer settings do not match. Continue anyway? The page size and
orientation settings for your printer do not match the page sizes in your
document. Click Yes or No." Either option crashes my Works program.
