Troubleshooting receiving meeting invitations via email

When a client of mine emails a group of us to accept/decline/tentative
a meeting invitation via email my other colleagues receive the email
with the option to accept/decline/tentative (which then adds the event
to their entourage calendar once accepted), however on my entourage
program I do not receive that option. Instead the email just shows
who is invited and what time the meeting is. I have checked the
entourage preferences with the others and everything seems to be the
same. Does anyone know what the problem could be??
