Troubleshooting section pertaining only to GREYEDOUT OBJECTS/TABS

This pertains to EVERYTHING MICROSOFT MAKES!

It would be extremely helpful if, EVERY KIND OF PRODUCT THAT MICROSOFT MAKES
and has released to the world, had these troubleshooting fixes in them. I
think you need to make a special section within each software named package,
under the heading of Troubleshooting, which pertains to and addresses only
the issues of having anything Greyed out. Anything at all which might be
GREYED OUT, for example; Tabs, Options, Preferences, or anything that would
be helpful in making things work right or better when they are GREYED OUT.
Or, even if they are otherwise de-activated, switched off or whatever you
want to call it and people can't get them to work right or work again.

There are so many people out there all over the world using Microsoft
products and within each and every one of them there is always something that
is GREYED OUT and someone is looking for answers pertaining to GREYED OUT
AREAS of their programs. Whether it be Tabs on drop down menu's or names or
add-on tabs within those area's, there always seems to be something GREYED
OUT. These are usually areas that someone could use, if they could figure out
how in the world to make it functional or to make it function again or to
function properly.

I hope this is clear enough for whoever reads it to understand.
Troulbleshooting Tools for the different Microsoft Products are very lacking,
few and far between and very much in demand by the public and those software
users. I have had these sorts of problems with just about every product of
Microsoft that I have every used, starting way back when the first versions
of Windows came out onto the market and ever since, like Win XP Pro, OE6,
IE6, Word 2003 just to mention a few. And, the list goes on and on and on and
never quits.

The Internet is half full or more, of people looking for solutions to
problems pertaining to GREYED OUT AREAS and non-functioning portions of their
software programs. Why doesn't MICROSOFT CORPORATION make it easy for
everyone to find solutions to these problems? You all could do this for each
software package which has been released on the market. You could put these
TROUBLESHOOTING FIXES under the troubleshooting sections of each, within the
individual help drop down menu's. That would be nice there too! As well as,
having these FIXES located on Microsoft's Web Sites for each and every
individual software program too!!!

It isn't necessarily Microsoft's fault that these issues arise. If folks would read
the Help or visit the Knowledge Base or these forums most of their problems would be
solved.
What is dimmed and what are you doing when the tabs/objects are dimmed?
