Troubleshooting the Outlook free/busy Calendar with an Exchange S.

Outlook Free/Busy Troubleshooting

I'm having such difficult configuring an Outlook Account with sharing
privileges. The situation is that my client can not access her boss calendar
because de free/busy continues to appear. The Outlook is manage by the
Exchange Server. How can I enable this problem for such user.
