hi
I'm a teacher in math. I would like to integrate my geometry-drawings in a word file. But true to scale. Actually, a length is 6.2 cm instead of 7.0 cm. That's inacceptable. How could I manage that?

Double-clicking on an object (an auto-shape or a graphic) in Word displays a window with its formatting properties. You can specify the exact length and width of an object in the Size section of that window.

Note: In terms of size on the screen, a document set to 100% zoom is NOT true to scale on the screen. Nevertheless, if you use the size fields in the formatting window, your object will print out true to size.

When you insert a picture in a Word document, Word will scale the picture
down if the available space between the text margins is insufficient to
display the drawing at 100 per cent size.

So before inserting the picture, you need to scale it so that at 100 per
cent scaling it will fit where you want to put it.

Hope this helps
