Truncate generated mails...

Hi,
I generate a mail (HTML or JavaScript) and, only for
some users, the body mail is truncate. Example of used
code:

<a href="mailto:?Subject=Testing emails&amp;Body=
ABCDEFGHIJKLMNOPQRDTUVWXYZABCDEFGHIJKLMNOPQRDTUVWXYZABCDEF
