Truncated Subject Line

Why does the first character of email subject line get truncated? Every time
I send an email from my Outlook, the email transmits with the first character
of the subject line truncated. I have even tried sending a couple test
messages where I stick a few spaces in the subject line first before the word
"test" and regardless of the spaces inserted before the word "test", it still
transmits the suject line as "est" without the "t".

help! I don't know why it is doing that or how to fix it.

If you are running Norton Internet Security, disable Email Spam Protection.
This solved this problem for me.
