Truncated text in the notes field

I created a view with the notes field. The problem is that bulleted
text in the notes field of the task information dialog box is
truncated when displayed back through the notes field in my custom
view. This problem persists even in a report. Can anyone please help?
BTW, the notes field for both the view and and report are plenty big
enough to display the data so it is not a question of size.

Troy,
This question has been asked and answered dozens of times in this
newsgroup. Once again, when displayed as a column in a view, the notes
text will be truncated at either the first line feed or 255 characters,
whichever comes first.

There are several approaches to avoiding this problem.
1. Shorten the length of text and avoid the use of line feeds.
2. View the Notes field through Project/Task Information/Notes tab
3. Print the Notes field via Page Setup/View tab and check the "Print
Notes" option
4. Export the Notes field to another application. Note: I have a macro
that does just that. If you are interested, contact me direct.
