Truncation!

Hi All,

I need to distribute reports electronically so save them to word where they
appear as rtf files. I thought that the truncation issue that I experienced
in a previous version of access had been resolved but it appears not and the
problem has reappeared with the text sometimes being truncated.

Can anyone throw any light on this please and whether that are any
workarounds?
