Trust Center properties

Hi, Can you help me?
We are on Office 2007. As a user gets their new computer with 2007 installed
we have to make certain changes for the Excel spreadsheets to run properly.
When you open an Excel Workbook I get "Security Warning - Macros have been
disabled" message.
- How can I write a script(WSH?) or VBA that will check if MS Office 2007 is
being used?
- Set values in Excel Options Trust Center
- Macro settings - Enable all macros
- Allow Trusted Locations on my network
- Check box for subfolders of this loca4tion are also trusted
- Enter new locations(s)
- I would like this to run when Workbook_Open on the spreadsheet?
