"Trust site", etc. in IE absolutely necessary for those onlyreporting time?

If a user is only reporting time via PWA and contributors to Project
Workspaces, what is the bare minimum that needs to be setup in IE?

Hi Andy, well they need connectivity and trust etc, but they don't need the
ActiveX controls.
