'Trusted' VBA code in Outlook 2003?

I am using a simple VBA routine from
http://www.outlookcode.com/article.aspx?id=72 to BCC all my outgoing emails
sent from my notebook to a backup address.

The VBA code works, but every time I start Outlook, I get the same warning
tha "ThisOutlookSession" contains macro's. Is there a way (except for
switching Macro Security Level to Low) to stop Outlook 2003 from warning me
about this particular macro?

Or else, how risky is it really to switch the Macro Security Level to Low?
