TRwMapiSessionProp.GetPropList failed for an uknown reason (HRES=-2147221218)!

dont know if this is the right forum, but we are getting this error on a 3rd party application that generates an email in outlook 2003, this feature works in outlook 2000, any suggestions are greatly appreciated
