try as I may....just get the liscense agreement

In the office updates that this website says I need, I
get the click to download. Then the liscense agreement
comes on. I read the WHOLE thing, then I click on the "I
accept" thing, then nothing happens. What's going on?
Why can't I download the updates it says I need? I
always get my updates here. I checked my updates, and I
do not have this latest one. So why can't I get past the
liscense agreement? Anyone?
