Trying to add address book via .csv file

I am trying to import my contacts via a .csv file
exported from a Microsoft Outlook XP machine at work to
my home PC also running Outlook XP. When performing
File -> Import and Export -> Import from another program
or file -> Comma Separated Values (Windows) I get an
error message as follows "Microsoft Outlook cannot start
the required translator. The feature is not currently
installed. Would you like to install it now?" So I
click yes, put in the Office XP install CD, but then the
file it is searching for is not on the CD. Any ideas how
to get around this?
