I am running Vista. I am trying to convert my trial subscription to Office
Home & Student 2007. When I try to 'Continue' with the 'Shopping Cart', I
get this message:
"You have experienced an error. Please clear all your cookies and try
again."
I have cleared those cookies that I associate with Microsoft but it does not
help, get the error again. I do not want to clear "All" of my cookies
because I will lose a lot of information on sites other than Microsoft
Office. This error occurs repeatedly. Any advice? Thanks.
