Trying to create a dashboard with cross workspace lookups

I am trying to create a dashboard with a cross workspace lookup. Has anyone
had much experience in cross workspace lookups. If anyone is looking for an
idea of a tool to develop this I believe will be a great idea. I have
created a help desk which works well for a location. But I am now trying to
develop a dashboard so that someone in a management position can review from
a dashboard issues by region or country etc. If anyone has developed or
worked on such a project would love to open u a dialogue.
