trying to create custom menu items in MS project

hi all,
i am trying to create my menu item that will run an exe (wizard ) that
i have in MS project.
i can't find any useful sample for it (not command tool abr)
can please someone help?

that contains visual components for dealing with custom and built-in
Office toolbars and their controls, as well as keyboard shortcuts,
Outlook Options page and Folder Property pages, and more.

Note, Microsoft refers to both toolbars and menus as commandbars.
