Trying to duplicate Excel comments feature in Infopath

Wondering if someone can point me in the right direction here. I am
creating a form in InfoPath that is a copy of a checklist that was
done in Excel.

The version in Excel has information comments on each line, that pop
up when you mouse over certain fields. Some of them are a couple
paragraphs in lenth and have information on the checks in the
checklist. What is the best way to duplicate something like this in
Infopath?

I've tried searching google and this usenet group, but haven't had
much luck.
