Trying to find size of imbeded picture

I have a Word document with ten imbeded pictures that is somehow taking 50
Meg. The pictures are all imported as JPG's under 200k, so I don't know
what's hogging the space. Is there any way to find the size of each imbeded
picture so I can fix the problem one?

Don't know how to find the problem,
but this might be the cause of the problem:

from: askit.uq.edu.au/itanswers/microsoftoffice/word/filesize.html

Whenever an image is copied to the computer's clipboard
and pasted straight into Microsoft Word, the image is
pasted as a bitmap—regardless of the file format of the
original image. This results in a much larger Word document
than necessary, especially if there are more than a few
images pasted in this way. Instead of copy-pasting, save
the images to disk in one of the other formats (gif, png or
jpeg) and insert them.
