Trying to find the 16-bit 'drwimp.flt' Office filter

From Microsoft: "The Office Converter Packs for Office 97,
2000, and XP have been retired from the Microsoft Download
Center due to the recent discovery of a potential security
vulnerability. If you need access to converters or filters
for Office products, you can find an updated version of
the tools in the beta release of the Office 2003 Resource
Kit tools. The Office 2003 version of the converter tools
will also work with Office 97, 2000, and XP applications."

My problem is I'm looking for the following filter:
Micrografx Designer & Draw (Drwimp.flt)
and the Office 2003 Converter Pack no longer includes this
one nor any of the other 16-bit filters!

Does anyone have 'Drwimp.flt' in their ..\Program
Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\Grphflt folder?
