Trying to flip text upside down -not clip art

In Word, I'm trying to flip text upside down. This is regular text. Not clip
art. Any clues??

Hello-

In addition to g-n-o's reference to Graham's article, Word Art is another
option if you do want 'artistic' text that can be rotated.
