trying to forward hyperlink

In my signature, I have two hyperlinks, but when I try to forward a message,
it changes to plain text and it does not include the hyperlinks. I have tried
changing options/settings but I can't seem to figure it out. Can someone tell
me how to fix this problem. I think that maybe changing a setting to always
let fwd messages be HTML or Rich text may fix this, but I have had no luck...

Version of Outlook?
Forwards should always be the same format as the original message. If you
use plain text, the links may not be colored but should be clickable when
received.
